Halloween Lighted Basket

The black Halloween basket is painted in a white-wash technique.  Painted ghosts sit on the picket-fence rim with eerie lighted ghosts all around.  Beneath the black mesh inside the basket is a plastic liner, making it a perfect place to stash your favorite wrapped candies.
